What we collect and why

What we collect

When you book or ask for a free inspection, you give us your name, phone, email, and facts about your truck or trailer. For a mobile job, you also give us the address where the truck is.

We use this to do the job, to reach you about it, and to send your receipt.

Your card

Stripe handles your card. We never see or keep your full card number.

Ads and cookies

We use the Meta Pixel. It puts a cookie in your browser. It tells Meta (Facebook and Instagram) when someone visits our site, books a job, or asks for a free inspection. This helps us see which ads work.

When we say yes to a booking, our server tells Meta too. Your email and phone are scrambled first, so they can't be read. We also send the price of the job.

You can turn off ads based on what you do online in your Facebook or Instagram ad settings. You can also block or clear cookies in your browser.

What we don't do

We don't sell your information. We only share it with the companies that help us run the shop: Stripe for payments, Meta for ads, and our email service.
